How does the rental process work?
Select your date and confirm your rental for just $349. Within minutes, you'll get access to our online dashboard where you can set up your online gallery and customize and preview your photo booth settings in advance. Your kit ships to the address you enter at checkout (we recommend shipping straight to your venue if possible), and arrives at least one business day earlier than the date of your reservation. After your celebration, repack your rental kit in the same box, attach the included return shipping label, and drop it off at any UPS location the next business day. Simple as that!
Do I need to hire someone to run it?
Nope! Anyone can complete the two-minute, tool-free setup. After that, Memento is completely self-service. Your guests simply walk up and start creating images by tapping the large "START" button. Our app is so intuitive that even your grandma who still has a flip phone can figure it out (we've tested this theory).
What if my venue's WiFi is... not great?
Let's be honest, what venue has great WiFi? We've made our app offline-first for exactly this reason. It will save all of your guests' images and sharing instructions like phone numbers and email addresses locally and upload and send images out whenever the WiFi is strong enough. The only time the photo booth absolutely requires WiFi is during your initial setup when you log in to your Movebooth app account and download your customizations (colors and styles).
No actually, how hard is it to set up?
You can set it up in 2 minutes or less. Seriously, we've timed it. The hardware is only three parts. And for the app, all you need to know are the WiFi password (a personal hotspot will do) and the email address you used for your reservation. With our magic link login, whoever is setting it up for you doesn't even need to know your password!

Can we customize it to our wedding?
Absolutely! Upload your own graphics or use our beautiful templates to add things like your names, wedding date, custom colors, and photo filter overlays. Preview and update your customizations instantly any time–even DURING your event (iPad WiFi connection required to download the updates)! Read about all of our customization options.
How do guests get their photos?
If there's a decent WiFi connection, then usually within seconds! After each capture, guests can enter their phone number and/or email to receive their image instantly. They can also find all images in your online gallery later (if you've set your gallery to public or provided guests with the password).
Where do you ship to?
We ship free to your venue (or to you) anywhere in the lower 48 United States. We can offer service to Alaska or Hawaii for an additional shipping charge. Contact reservations@mementobooth.com for a quote.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Plans change, we get it. You can cancel your reservation at least 30 days before your event for a full refund. If you still want your Memento Booth for a different date, you can also reschedule for free any time before your rental kit has shipped.
